As a young child Pat Hiban was labeled “Learning disabled with Speech Deficiencies” and put into special classes. Throughout his teenage years he struggled – failing with sports, academics, and the ladies. He graduated college with a 2.3 GPA and took the only job without a barrier to entry -Real Estate Sales. Through consistent application of 6 steps , Pat grew his real estate business each and every year. In 2004 he became the #1 Re/Max Agent in the world and in 2006 he was honored with the same recognition #1 recognition by Keller Williams Realty. Over his more than 25-year career he sold over 4,000 homes with a volume of over a billion dollars. After leaving the sales side of the business and failing forward at multiple new endeavors, Pat settled down and became a professional investor. He is a co-founder of DAPT Acquisitions which offers apartment housing to over 2,000 tenants in Georgia and Florida. Pat also co-founded GoBundance , A mastermind for guys and gals just like him with over 1,000 current members in 4 countries. Pat lives outside of Charleston, South Carolina with his wife of 30 years. He has 2 adult daughters.
